    What kind of “My first kitchen” cutting board is that? Sorry, I just tend to be a bit more critical of someone wearing a chef’s coat – using a 5″ x 9″ plastic mystery spatula as a work surface… Am I being too critical?

    no offense im sure this guy is great and all but when you clean your vegetable in a bowl of water, then place the root garnish in the same bowl of water you apparently cleaned the green onion in, thats not very properly sanitary myself manish
